There is also a desktop version of Any.do available on the Mac App Store, and the software synchronizes with all of your devices. Any.do requires iOS 7 or later, and is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. ![]() ![]() Lists update in real-time, so you can add to the grocery list even while your significant other is doing the shopping. On the surface, it might almost look like it’s too basic, but the app is really a full-featured productivity program that lets you add notes, set a reminder alarm based on time or location, designate a folder, and also collaborate. You can collaborate with anybody you want, but the free version does have some sharing limitations. Any.doĪny.do features a clean and smart design, helping you keep focused on what you have to do. Thankfully, though, there are a few excellent programs out there that allow you to share your to-do list with other people, and they’re free to download on the App Store. If you want to collaborate with someone else on a Reminders list, you have to use the iCloud Web page or the app on your Mac. One of the real shortcomings of the Reminders app on iOS is the fact that you can’t share your to-do lists directly from your iPhone or iPad. ![]()
